Recently I had a wonderful experience with Mercedes-Benz West Island. My ML350 Bluetec (2011) had the ‘check engine’ light on, the code is pointing to an AdBlue heather element that needed replacement. When I dropped my car, the councillor Chantal told me the repair would be expensive if I didn't"t have a warranty. Unfortunately, my warranty had expired one year ago.
After the technician checked the car, I got a call from Chantal. I was told the car also had a leaking problem in the oil cooler. She told me it would be a big cost to repair the two cases. She comforted me and said that she would ask Mercedes Canada for help.
A few days later I got a message from Chantal, she said that Mercedes Canada would cover 75% of the repair and I would only have 25%. She is so professional and sincere when helping Mercedes-Benz customers. She has also helped me schedule a new appointment for the repair.
